Snow Rush Privacy Policy

Snow Rush ("Snow Rush" "we," "us," or "our") publishes Snow Rush: Snowboard Game ("Snow Rush," the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the App and the choices available to you.

Snow Rush is designed to be an offline-first game. You can play normal runs without creating a Snow Rush account. Optional online services are used for store purchases, purchase restoration, subscription status, and platform cloud-save recovery.

1. Information we process

Information stored locally on your device

Snow Rush stores game and settings data on your device so that the game can work offline. This may include:

• scores, distance, missions, daily and monthly challenge progress, and seasonal progress;
• earned coins, Snow Bike charges, owned and equipped riders, boards, trails, and power-up upgrades;
• music, sound, haptics, and other gameplay settings; and
• purchase transaction identifiers used to prevent duplicate delivery of purchased coin packs.

This local profile is not a Snow Rush account and is not routinely sent to us.

Purchase and subscription information

If you buy an optional coin pack or the monthly Snow Rush Pro Pass, the relevant app store processes the payment. Snow Rush uses Apple App Store services or Google Play Billing, together with RevenueCat, to request product information, validate purchases, restore eligible purchases, and determine subscription entitlement.

Those services may process information such as:

• the product, price, currency, and purchase or renewal status;
• store transaction, receipt, and subscription identifiers;
• a pseudonymous app or platform account identifier; and
• technical app and device information needed to provide billing, fraud prevention, support, and purchase restoration.
